Jane made me look clearly at my life and narrow down to prioritise what I needed to do to reach my goals. At the end of each session, I knew what I had to do to change or address the issues we discussed. I felt supported and guided by her. I was able to take this session time to think clearly about the barriers stopping me from having a healthy work/life balance and sense of wellbeing at home. I found it easy to trust Jane and confide in her. She has natural empathy and constructive feedback was given to me at the end of the sessions. She prompted me to send her a brief list of my aims for the following week or two, in-between sessions. This helped me stay focused and on track. Jane is a very good coach and very easy to get on with. I am still maintaining my goals and have them on my phone to remind me!
